The Appeal Court sitting in Abuja has adjourned, indefinitely, judgment on the Senate President's appeal before it. Recall that Dr Bukola Saraki had filed an appeal challenging the jurisdiction of the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) to try him earlier last month. The announcement of the adjournment was made by the Registrar of the Court on Monday, 19th October, 2015. As at the time of filing this report, no specific reason was adduced for the adjournment.
